Care Instructions:

• Allow it to cool down totally before cleaning. Never try to clean the griddle while it is hot.
• Wipe the cooking plates with a soft, moist cloth or sponge. If any filling hardens, put a damp cloth over it for several minutes and wipe again.
• Wipe the outside with a dry or slightly damp cloth to get rid of any dust or bits of food.
