Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

2.1.1 Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been processed and handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2.1.2 Cancellation Process

Cancellation requests must be raised by contacting our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with order details.

2.1.3 Refund for Cancelled Orders
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be issued as no payment has been collected.

2.2 Returns

2.2.1 Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect product
2.2.2 Return Request Period

Customers must raise a return request within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the product. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return.

2.2.3 Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact customer support and provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear images and/or videos showing the product
  • A copy of the purchase invoice

Additional information may be requested for verification, if required.

2.2.4 Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be included
  • The product must not show signs of use, tampering, or customer-caused damage
2.2.5 Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are required to record and retain an unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed outer packaging
  • Capture the package being opened
  • Show the product(s) inside and their condition

This video may be required to validate claims related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

In the absence of sufficient proof, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that the Company reserves the right to reject such requests.

2.2.6 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after the specified time period
  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, or invoice are missing
  • The product does not pass quality check upon return 
2.2.7 Return Pickup
  • Return pickup will be arranged by the Company (subject to serviceability)
  • In certain cases, a return pickup fee may be applicable

Customers are required to ensure that the product is securely packed for reverse pickup.

2.2.8 Return Verification

All returned products will undergo a quality check (QC) upon receipt. Refunds or store credits will be processed only after the product passes QC. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject the return request based on verification.

2.3 Replacements

2.3.1 Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are provided in cases where the product received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
2.3.2 Replacement Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer.

2.3.3 Non-Availability of Replacement

If the replacement product is not available, the customer may opt for a refund or store credit for future purchases.

2.4 Refunds

2.4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of prepaid orders (before dispatch)
  • Approved returns (for any eligible reason) after successful QC
  • Replacement product is unavailable
  • Delivery is not possible
2.4.2 Mode of Refund

Prepaid Orders: Customers may choose to receive refund to the original payment method, or in the form of store credit for future purchases.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via store credit / gift voucher only.

2.4.3 Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after successful verification of the returned product
  • The amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider
2.4.4 Deductions (If Applicable)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of failed delivery or Return to Origin (RTO), both forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

2.5 Warranty

2.5.1 Warranty Coverage

Certain products available on our website may be covered under a manufacturer or brand warranty, as specified on the respective product page.

Warranty coverage applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues arising under normal usage conditions
2.5.2 Warranty Period

The applicable warranty period (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the product page. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery of the product.

2.5.3 Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Order details
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear images and/or videos of the product

Additional information may be requested for verification, if required.

2.5.4 Verification

All warranty claims will be reviewed and verified by the Company and/or the respective brand.

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on evaluation and request additional information if required.

2.5.5 Resolution 

Replacement will be provided as the primary resolution for approved warranty claims. In case the same product is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2.5.6 Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Damage caused after delivery due to customer handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
2.5.7 Important Notes
  • Warranty terms may vary depending on the product or brand and will be specified on the product page
