1.1 Address Verification
Your shipping address, city, state, and PIN code will be verified before the product is shipped. If our delivery partners are unable to service your provided address, we may request you to provide an alternative shipping address where delivery is possible.
Customers are requested to ensure that all address details (including landmarks and contact number) are accurate and complete. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
1.2 Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Once processed, the order is handed over to our logistics partners for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 Logistics and Tracking
Details of the logistics partner responsible for delivering the purchased product(s) will be shared once the order is dispatched. Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable), along with an estimated delivery timeline.
1.4 Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. The estimated delivery time based on your location will be displayed during the checkout process and/or shared after dispatch.
1.5 Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability, order size, or warehouse operations, orders may be shipped in multiple consignments.
In such cases, each shipment may have a separate tracking ID and items may arrive on different dates. You will be notified accordingly.
1.6 Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to three (3) times before it is returned to our warehouse. Customers are requested to provide a valid mobile number and be available to receive the order.
Failure to accept delivery after multiple attempts may result in the order being returned to us.
1.7 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

- Any applicable shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable
1.8 Delivery Disclaimer
Dispatch and delivery timelines mentioned are estimates for guidance only. While we strive to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe, delays may occur due to logistics or courier partner issues, weather conditions, operational constraints, and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The Company shall not be held liable for such delays.
1.9 Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is not accepted by the customer, or delivery fails after multiple attempts, then the order will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin).
In such cases, the customer may be contacted for re-dispatch (additional shipping charges will apply), or refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping charges
1.10 Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver across most locations in India. However, delivery availability depends on serviceability of the PIN code by our logistics partners and certain remote locations may not be serviceable.
Customers will be notified during checkout or post-order in case delivery is not possible.
