Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Yes, we offer returns for any reason, including change of mind, within 72 hours of delivery, subject to conditions.

- Product must be unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and accessories must be included
7. Is return pickup available?
Yes, we arrange return pickup (subject to serviceability). A pickup fee may apply in certain cases.

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality check. It usually takes:
- 3–5 days to process
- Additional 5–7 days to reflect
9. How will I receive my refund?
- Prepaid orders → original payment method or store credit
- COD orders → store credit only
